Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Q: Do you bake daily?
A: Yes every day. except for Sunday

Q: How long will my cake/cupcakes last?
A: We encourage you to enjoy your cake/cupcakes on day of purchase due to the freshness. If you plan to keep them for the next 2-3 days make sure they are stored in an airtight container, preferably in the fridge.

Q: How do I store my cake?
A: Read our “cake care” section here. 

Q: I want a different wedding cake how do I order?
A: You can order by email or Facebook or phone. We need the person’s name and the address, date,  wedding venue (buttercream options available for aircon venues), Guest numbers, Style/theme of the wedding, Cake budget (maximum spend for a cake), Tiers how many are required to give away?

Q: Can I order and pick up a cake the same day?
A: At this point in time we can only accommodate “last-minute” orders from New Zealand – please look at our “Fresh Today” section for same-day availability.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Unfortunately at this stage we do not deliver for online orders. All online orders must be picked up from our store. 

Q: Can I collect from your store?
A: Yes we are open from 7.30 am till 5 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday/Sunday from 8 am till 1 pm.

Q: Can I get writing on a cake if I order it the same day?
A: Yes we can usually put writing and decoration on the cake for a charge. Contact us for more details.

Q: Do you gift wrap the cakes?
A: All our cakes and cupcakes are placed in a box that is all.

Q: How far ahead of time can I order a cake online?
A: You can place an online cake order up to six weeks prior to the date and time of pickup. Contact us if you would like to place an order for a wedding cake more than 6 months ahead

Q: Can I order a photo cake online?
A: Yes! You can email a JPG  image. We recommend uploading an image that is 8.5 in. x 11 in. The maximum filesize for each photo is 10MB. If you are ordering more than one photo cake, the combined file size of all your images must be under 15MB. The final size of the image on your cake will depend on the size of the cake, the decoration selected and the length of any message you add. Please note that at times our edible photo paper may be short-supply from New Zealand and a laminated image may be used in its place should our next shipping supply not arrived in time.

Q: Can I order any of your cakes in gluten-free?
A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cross-contamination in our kitchen and are not able to offer gluten-free options at this point in time. 

Q: I’ve noticed an error in my order confirmation email. What can I do?
A: We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please email admin@deliciouscakessamoa.com or call +685 23338 and let us know. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 3 pm. Please keep in mind we cannot cancel or change orders that have been confirmed via email with less than 48 hours notice of delivery/pick up time. 

Q: Who can I contact with a technical question about the online cake ordering process?

Q: I’m not happy with my cake, can I get a refund?
A: We work tirelessly to ensure a consistently high quality of cakes and other baked goods so that our customers are always happy with the product and service they receive from us. Due to the perishable nature of our products we only offer full refunds if you come to pick up your order and we fail to supply. In the unlikely event that a customer is unhappy with their item after collection, we will only offer a full refund pending investigation if the item is returned to us with 3/4 uneaten within 1 day from when it was collected.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy? 
A: Sorry there are unfortunately no refunds if an order is cancelled within 7 days of its collection date. See our “Terms & Conditions” page.
