At Delicious cakes, we endeavour to deliver exceptional experiences with every cake. By using any part of this website you do so with the acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms of services outlined below. Please read these carefully.
It is important to understand all our cakes are unique and handmade, with no two cakes being the same, therefore size, decorations and icing textures may vary – please use the images in this website as a guide.
Our delicious products are created in a place where they have or could have come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy and other allergens. Please keep this in mind when completing your order.
Please note, all orders and enquiries made outside of office hours will be responded to within 24 hours of the next working day.

Photos: We cannot supply photos of the finished cake when ready. If you wish to see what your cake looks like please ask your family member who is picking up the cake to take a picture and send it to you.
ORDERING & PAYMENTS
If you need a quote, all quotes are valid for 60 days.
Payment is required to confirm your order. All orders must be paid in full to secure your booking. Once payment is received we will process your order and add it to our system. We take orders on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Orders should be placed 48 hours prior to a scheduled pick up time. Some cakes need more or less preparation time which will be stated in the Description area of the order page. For wedding cakes, please contact us.
All orders follow an “Order received” to “Order confirmed” process. This is to ensure that the customer has not booked on a day that is fully booked or when we are closed. Payments are made online and at this point, the order status is ‘Order received‘. Payment is made via PayPal or our secure payment who also offer a credit card payment service.
All flowers and decorations pictured on website cakes are seasonal and are subject to availability.
Wedding Cakes are subject to their own conditions which are stated on the individual Wedding Cake contract. Please contact us.
We reserve the right to correct any quotes given where a typo has resulted in the wrong amount being quoted or if prices have changed due to market conditions.
Changes to cake orders must be made in writing to us 3 days ahead of your scheduled pick-up time. We cannot guarantee that the requested change will be available for the finished cake and will assess each request within reason. It is at our discretion to accept any change requests within this period.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their delicious purchase from Delicious Cakes
In line with our cancellation policy. All cancellations should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. 7 days before the order is to be collected. Less than 7 days, there are no refunds, as we would have already begun purchasing ingredient, planning and turning down other orders by then. This includes changes in mind and unforeseen events.
Cancellations with less than a week’s notice are at the discretion of the bakery, and will be in the form of Store credit that can be used on another day or product.
Because we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction we acknowledge the rights given to each customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the responsibilities given to us. Any refunds, where a cake is not acceptable as intended, will be made at the discretion of Delicious Cakes Samoa this will involve an assessment of the cake, therefore, it will need to be returned and not consumed. Upon such refunds, the cake will be retained by us. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Store Credit Must be used within 60 Days unless pre-arranged for a specific future date at the time the credit is issued.
PICKUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please make sure you read our Pick-up Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. Because our products are classed as a perishable item, we are not responsible once your order has been collected from us.
By booking and paying your cake online the Customer accepts full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. This is to ensure that we have met your specifications of flavour, design and colour. Any concerns about your cake must be raised straight away on collection. Once inspected, the cake is considered ‘accepted’ by the customer. By accepting the cake the customer bears all responsibility for the cakes care and safe delivery to venues etc. No responsibility will be taken by Delicious Cakes Samoa once the cake has been accepted.
We are happy to advise on the collection of the cake, how best to transport your cake. However, we will not give a refund or fix damaged cakes. It is the customer’s full responsibility to be careful with transporting the cake, cupcakes etc. Please read our “CARING FOR YOUR CAKE” page.
At the time of pickup of the cake, please make sure that your transport is big enough, especially for a large wedding cake.
As stated in the cake description “no two cakes are the same” therefore exact replicas are not guaranteed. We are creatives and express this through our cakes with each of the decorative element being hand placed on the cake. Elements may become unavailable therefore we will endeavour to replace such elements to maintain the integrity of each design. Requests for specific designs will be followed with attentive care however we reserve the right to artistic expression, therefore, cannot guarantee the finished cake will look an exact replica.
